Account Access
If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If the problem persists, please contact our support via email. [email protected].

The username to access the account is the email used to register.
Click on the “Lost password” option in the user menu. A link to reset your password will be sent to the registered email.
To change the email address, a new account must be created.
Memberships
Different subscriptions include different features. We offer the following options: Basic, Standard and Premium. For more information about available subscriptions, please go to the “Subscription” page and read the descriptions of each option.
Renewals happen automatically after your first purchase. You can also go to the user page under “My Membership” and click on “Renew”.
Unfortunately, we don't have a free trial option.
Payments
To cancel your subscription, please access your user page and choose the option “Cancel Subscription”.
To cancel your recurring subscription on Paypal or Pagseguro, please access your profile on the Paypal or Pagseguro websites and request the cancellation of the recurring payment.
If an unauthorized payment is made, please contact the support of our partners Pagseguro or Paypal
If a duplicate payment has been made, please contact the support of our partners Pagseguro or Paypal.
If the credit or debit card is not accepted, a new attempt must be made. If the problem continues, a new card must be added.
As we work with online material, we do not offer refunds. If the customer is dissatisfied with the material, he can cancel the subscription and there will be no further charge in the following months.

Questions about Materials/Resources
A 404 error means you don't have access to the selected material. Possibly, the chosen subscription does not include such materials. To access the materials, please upgrade your subscription.
All materials are editable and can be modified after downloading. To modify them, use Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat.

Collaborator
To sell on Teachpedia, please create a Contributor profile and submit the materials you wish to sell.
Subscriptions offered on our website only include materials produced by Teachpedia. Contributors may sell the materials separately and individually.
Employees receive payment for their sales at the end of each month. Payments are made via bank transfer. Transfers will be made in the last week of the month.
A fee of 20% will be charged per sale made through our website. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be sent via bank transfer at the end of each month.
Access your user page and then go to “Dashboard”. When accessing the “Vendor Dashboard” you will see a panel with several options. To add a product, navigate to the “Products” tab and then “Add New Product”.
Teachpedia supports files in the following formats: pdf, powerpoint and doc.
Through the “Vendor Dashboard” you can go to the “Products” tab where you will see all your products. When you hover over the title the option “Permanently Delete” will appear.
